Adriatic Cascade Village

Adriatic Cascade Village is a gated community, on a mountain slope near the town of Bar, Montenegro.

At an altitude of 980 feet, the village affords majestic views of the sea and the mountains, as well as Bar and its harbour. Adriatic Cascade Village is built away from densely populated town areas, allowing its residents to enjoy the serene atmosphere. Plans for this exclusive project call for the construction of 15 villas, each with a swimming-pool and a garage. Floorspace will vary from 2,690 ft² to 3,750 ft².
