Adriatic Cascade Village is situated on a mountain slope. Accordingly, it is planned as a cascade of terraces, with 2 to 4 villas on each terrace. All villas have been exclusively designed in a single architectural style, which can be defined as modern Mediterranean, each villa has an open-air swimming-pool and a garage. Construction materials are concrete slabs and bricks.

According to the development plan there will be office block with service center, business center and café, as well as recreation area with playground and sports ground available to the residents.

The village area will be fenced in and under security supervision. Each villa will be equipped with movement sensors and a system of sound and light alarm.

Construction is carried out from the office block upwards. Two adjacent villas in the first project on the first terrace are currently for sale in a turnkey condition.

On the second terrace earthworks have been finished and the next two houses in the first project have been roofed, so following works will not be disturbing residents of the lower houses. Completion of the three houses on the second terrace is planned for the autumn of 2009.
