The villas of the second project were planned taking into account features of the site — these villas have three levels. Although there are original elements in the exterior design of the villas of the second order, the elements of external design of the villas of the first order are used as well. Thus their conformity to the uniform architectural style of the village is ensured.

In the interior design of the villas of the second order the principle of creating spaces with more light and air was developed further. Panoramic window walls face majestic views of the sea and the mountains. Original design — semicircular façade — determined not only the interior zoning, but also the placement of the recreation area between the swimming-pool and the barbeque zone. Another noteworthy design solution is a grass plot on the roof.

The area of the villa is approximately 6,350 ft², including interior space of 3,390 ft² (garage area not included) and terrace area of 2,152 ft². There are 5 bedrooms, each has an exit to a terrace, and 5 lavatories.

There is a basement, with a garage for two cars, boiler-room (2 kinds of energy are used: energy from solar batteries, that are situated on the roof, and electricity) and laundry.

The price of a villa of the second order starts from 1,250,000 euros.
